What happens if I am not around during delivery?

Our deliveryman would call or text you if no one answer the door upon delivery. Please ensure that you are contactable and have arranged for someone to receive the parcel. A 10 minutes waiting period will apply. If you are unable to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to Tungsan Food Industries Pte Ltd (No. 56 Senoko Drive, Singapore 758235).

Arrange a third-party delivery service to collect on your behalf. Do provide them with your invoice number.
