Can an order be changed or cancelled once confirmed?

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. However, depending on the circumstances of the amendment / cancellation request, these may be accepted at management’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis. The 10% of administrative fee of the total bill may be impose.
