Preparation
BBQ Sea Bass - Ingredients:
Straits Story BBQ Chili Paste --- 180g
Fresh Sea Bass* --- 170g
Banana leaf, cleaned and dried --- 1pc
Cooking Method:
1. Spread 180g of Straits Story BBQ Chilli Paste evenly on the entire fish.
2. Warp it with a large banana leaf (optional) and barbeque it on hotplane.
3. Serve it hot after the fish cooked.
*You can also use any other fishes, prawns or squids.
