Preparation
Black Pepper Crab - Ingredients:
Straits Story Black Pepper Sauce --- 3 tbsp
Crab* --- 1kg
Water --- 200g
*Preparation - Clean and crack the crab, let it drain to dry and leave aside for later use.
Cooking Method:
1. Pre-mix Straits Story Black Pepper Sauce with water before boiling over a wok.
2. Add the crab into the boiling gravy. Cover the wok and cook over high heat for 10 to15 mins.
3. Remove the cover and stir-fry the crab until the gravy thickens.
4. Dish up and top with some fresh coriander and spring onion before serving.
