Preparation
Singapore Chilli Crab - Ingredients:
Straits Story Chilli Crab Paste --- 240g
Fresh crab* (with shell) --- 2kg
Tomato sauce --- 325g
Eggs --- 3
Spring onions (cut into desired length) --- 3 stalks
Coriander (cut into desired length)--- 4 stalks
Tapioca starch --- 1tbsp
Water or stock --- 1.5L
Cooking Method:
1. Boil water or stock together with Straits Story Chilli Crab Paste. Stir Well.
2. Upon boiling, add in the fresh crab and simmer for 10 minutes, add in tomato sauce and stir.
3. Add in eggs and let it settle for a while before continue stirring.
4. Add tapioca stach to thicken the gravy.
5. Add in spring onions and season to suit personal preference.
6. Garnish with coriander. You can serve hot with fried buns or white rice.
