Water, Light Soya Sauce {Water, Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Sodium Benzoate}, Sugar, Preserved Soya Bean, Yeast Extract, Benzoic Acid (E210).

Preparation

Serving Suggestion:
Steam a fish (400g-500g) with ginger strips over high heat until cooked.
Pour away fish juices then garnish with sliced spring onions and parsley.
Heat 2 tbsp (30ml) cooking oil in a small saucepan, add 4 tbsp (60ml) Tungsan Steam Fish Soya Sauce, bring to boil.
Pour mixture over steamed fish and serve hot.
