Preparation

Kam Heong Meat/ Seafood - Ingredients:
Straits Story Kam Heong Chilli Paste --- 100g
Fried Meat/ Seafood (eg. Prawns, Clams, Crabs) --- 450g
Curry Leave --- Personal Preference
Spring onion (Dice) --- Personal Preference

Cooking Method:
1. Add 1 soup spoon of cooking oil, saute curry leaf and spring onion till fragrant.
2. Add in 2 soup spoons of water/ stock/ evapourated milk, mix in Straits Story Kam Heong Chilli Paste and stir fry evenly.
3. Toss in fried meat/ seafood and stir-fry with high heat till sauce is well coated on.

Other options: can be used as a sauce for fried rice or mee hoon.
