Preparation

Satay Mee Hoon - Ingredients:

Gravy Ingredients:
Tungsan Satay Paste --- 230g
Water --- 230ml

Ingredients:
Mee Hoon --- 250g

Depending on individual taste:
Sliced Meat, Sliced Liver, Sliced Cuttlefish, Sliced Dried Bean Curd, Deshell Prawns, Deshell Cockles, Bean Sprouts tailed, Kangkong cut lengthwise

Cooking Method:
1. To prepare gravy – Premix Satay paste and water evenly and bring to a boil. Put aside for later use.
2. Blanch Mee Hoon and the rest of the ingredients in boiling water, remove and drain.
3. Transfer blanch Mee Hoon to a serving plate, ladle hot satay gravy over and place the rest of the ingredients onto plate. Serve and eat while its hot.
